59TH ANNUAL GCDDA SANTALAND PARADE IS A CROWD FAVORITE!
The 2019 Garden City Downtown Development Authority Sanaland Parade was a huge success, thrilling thousands of spectators on the route and thousands more watch on TV and on social media.
The 59th annual parade included four high school marching bands, dozens of groups and floats, two grand marshals, mascots and of course Santa.
The float winners were Garden City Soccer Club in first place, Tipton School in second and PKSA Karate in third. Thanks to everyone who appeared in the parade, to all who volunteered and all who attended. Thanks to the City of Garden City for all of their support, especially the Police and DPS. Thanks to all of our sponsors including our title sponsor the DDA. Also thanks to the all volunteer Santaland Parade Committee members who worked hundreds of hours to put the parade on. More photos and thanks to come. Don't forget, Santaland 60 is November 28,2020.
